HI Thank you for visiting my Bio Page. I have been selling Real Estate since 1999. I really enjoy helping clients all over the Los Angeles area. I live and have my office  primarily in the Mar Vista Area. I got interested in selling Real Estate when my family moved to sunny California in 1983. I had been going to school at University of Texas in Austin, when my family decided to sell our house in Dallas, and move to Los Angeles.  I knew there were some great interesting  homes and beautiful landscapes in this city. I also have other family members  in Real Estate in Beverly Hills and New York City.  I got my license to sell Real Estate in 1986 when I graduated from Cal State Northridge with a  degree in Real Estate Finance. I went to work for Wells Fargo Bank initially  as a Business Banker doing loans for private individuals, providing  Real Estate  and Business loans  for 10 years. All the while visiting broker open houses to offer Wells Fargo mortgages.  I won numerous awards at Wells fargo, for my cross selling skills and for helping clients . I helped my branch reach number one in all of Southern California! After doing loans  for about 12 years for a bank and as a mortgage broker, I decided I finally wanted to just sell homes and commercial properties. I have sold many homes all over the westside, from Bel air to Playa del rey , Mar Vista and Hollywood. In my 12 plus years as a Realtor  I have sold Homes, Condos, Apartment buildings  and Boutique Hotels . I love all the diverse communities we have to offer and enjoy in this vast City. I have also been part of the Venice Art Walk committee for over 10 years, the Venice Blvd. Streetscape committee, and a supporting member of the Sierra Club, and the American Diabetes Association. Whenever I can I like to give back to our community. I am commited to doing an excellent job for my clients, and I have great references from past clients.
